ON LAND is a landscape architecture practice dedicated to supporting the thriving of life at all scales on all projects. Every landscape should abound with species and relationships. No landscape is too small to be part of a great network that collectively promotes life on earth.

 

ON LAND believes that designed landscapes should be biologically vibrant and beautiful. As part of nature and culture, landscapes can be sensual, poetic, expressive, and full of meaning. At ON LAND, beauty begins with an ethic of resourcefulness and care. Through observation, research, dialogue, and improvisation, we develop each project’s particular beauty, richness, and functionality.
